Because BLOXMART.NET sells digital Roblox items and services, refund eligibility is intentionally limited and tied to delivery outcome.

When refunds are not available

• Orders that were successfully delivered.
• Cases where the buyer entered incorrect Roblox or account details during checkout.
• Situations where the buyer becomes unavailable or cannot complete pickup after delivery is ready.

When refunds may be considered

• The item could not be delivered because of an issue on our side.
• The product becomes unavailable after payment and no equivalent solution can be provided.

How refund reviews work

Refund reviews depend on the order record, payment confirmation, support history, and any proof associated with the delivery attempt. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment path where possible.
